All 2 or 3 bedroom apartments contain:-
- Fully equipped kitchens with crockery/cutlery settings for 8 persons in a two bedroom apartment accommodating 4 guests, and settings for 12 persons in the 3 bedroom apartments accommodating up to 6 guests.
- Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron
- Spacious lounge and dining areas.
- Air-conditioning in all but one (Apt 7) apartment.
- Ceiling fans in all main rooms and bedrooms.
- All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

- The internal lay-out of each apartment is unique in that they are not simple duplicates of each other - some have extraordinarily large balconies, some have sitting areas in addition to the normal living spaces, some are town-house style over two levels, some are all on one level.
