All 2 or 3 bedroom Apartments contain:-
- Fully equipped kitchens with crockery/cutlery settings for 6 persons in a two bedroom apartment accommodating 4 guests, and settings for 10 persons in the 3 bedroom apartments accommodating up to 6 guests.
- Spacious lounge and dining areas.
- Air-conditioning in all but one (Apt 7) Apartment. Special rates apply for this apartment.
- Ceiling fans in all main rooms and all bedrooms.
- All apartments and balconies are strictly non-smoking. We have a dedicated DOSA area.
- Free Austar TV - with Flat screen TVs in all Apartments (as detailed under Views & interiors) Video, DVD and CD players. Analogue and Digital ( HD also) reception. 1/3 of all apartments have main bedroom TV also.

- 2 Bedroom Apts - Main bedrooms with QS bed (Four have King Size main beds) and second bedrooms with 2 x singles. (some can be made into a king also).
- 3 Bedroom Penthouse (17) is King/Queen/singles, Penthouse (18) is Queen/Queen/singles, Apts 8 King,Double,2 singles and Apt 12 Queen/Double /2 singles.
- Wardrobe space in all bedrooms.

- Undercover security parking for each apartment, with two car-spaces for each Penthouse. Internal Clearance is 2.07 mtrs.
- A secure storage locker for each apartment in which to store surfboards, fishing rods, beach/pool gear , bikes etc. These items are not to be stored in the Apartments
- Gas heated free-form swimming pool with ability to maintain a constant 27-28C in winter.
- Heated Spa within pool enclosure, along with 2 x electric BBQs (Sail covered).
- Lift access and or 1 level of stairs access to all apartments. ( Penthouse 16 - 3 level stairs) Mid level Rear board walk access to apartments also.
- 2 Apartments with car-parking right at the apartment back door, avoiding the need for any lifting or stairs.
- A half hourly bus service immediately opposite the complex into Noosa Junction or Noosa's Hasting Street.
- The internal lay-out of each apartment is unique in that they are not simple duplicates of each other - some have extraordinarily large balconies, some have sitting areas in addition to the normal living spaces, some are town-house style over two levels, some are all on one level.
- Items are available for hire from Reception - eg, beach towels, beach umbrellas,Bikes, porta cots, high chairs etc.
- We offer In-house Massage, Beauty & fitness.
- We also provide a full tour and transfer booking service, free of charge.
