TARIFFS are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit equal to one third of total rental, the tariff quoted will apply. The minimum forward booking is 2 nights (3 for penthouses).
A DEPOSIT equal to one third of the total rental is required to confirm a booking. The guest specifically authorizes and agrees to the payment of THE BALANCE (which is payable on arrival) from the guest’s credit card without the necessity of a signed authorization for same.
On arrival a security deposit may be required.
Balance of Payment for the accommodation is required ON ARRIVAL.
- CANCELLATIONS: An administration charge of $50.00 will be charged on the cancellation of any booking.
- The balance of any deposit held will be refunded except where
a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy.
In these circumstances no refund as follows :
- NO REFUND will apply
if the apartment cannot be relet for the ENTIRE period of the cancelled booking.
- There is NO REFUND for early departure.
- Sorry - but we have a NO FUNCTION / Party Policy within our very large Apartments.
- The number of people staying must be declared . An additional charge of $30.00 per person/per night if occupancy is above the maximum allowable for the Apartment type.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS sharing accommodation may be charged for the use of a day bed and extra linen. Tariffs are for up to four people per apartment or penthouse.
COTS can be hired for a small fee.
PETS Sorry no pets are allowed on the premises.
For bookings of 8-14 days, linen will be changed midway during stay. For longer bookings, linen will be changed weekly. Additional servicing can be provided.
All apartments can be serviced (linen changed and clean) daily at an additional charge.
